Every time I go there the food is nasty, cold or burnt. It's convenient right down the street but I am not going back. I have given them too many chances and the place is horrible

It doesn't make since to have 6 cars pull up out of the window waiting for food.. now everybody is stuck waiting just so your window time looks better.. 10 minutes and still don't have one burger...
