They only sell wholesale so if your off the street looking to walk in their policy is not to sell. You must have a upholstery business and tax ID # to go with it. That's how it is and for the guy...

Worst customer service! Just go to hobby lobby and save yourself the trouble. If you want to get waited on call on the phone because you will not get help inside. Super under staffed!
