Nice landscaping. Quiet. Nice little gym and pools. Friendly neighbors. Friendly staff. Maintenance responds quickly. Gated community. Cute park available for small children. Has a dog park.

Not a good place to live. Don't fix plumbing, roof leak, counters n numerous other things. They don't pick up trash n don't upkeep gates or anything else. Don't move here!!!
