We just moved within the city of Auburn. Unfortunately we went from Auburn Water to Loachapoka. The customer service is awful. No one cares about customers at all. They're the only water...

Poor service, very unwilling to accommodate simple requests, charging ridiculous fees for simple things that require no work on their end. Only in business because they monopolize water supply....
