Our daughter is partially paralyzed and she's coming home from the hospital and we've been waiting for days for a hospital bed from Lincare and they answer the phone immediately and lie to us....

No customer service, and the reps that answer the phones are rued and not helpful. I have asked to speak to a manager multiple times with no response. After a month I decided to change companies.
