Coastal Funeral Home & Serene Memorial Gardens

Located on the grounds of Serene Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum in Moss Point, Mississippi, Coastal Funeral Home and Cremations is a contrast to the other funeral firms in the Jackson County area. Having spent his entire career in the death care industry, Bill Daniel discovered what was then, a small country cemetery located in Moss Point, MS. He believed that with this cemetery and the adjacent property, he could provide a means to which all families could be afforded a personalized, dignified celebration of their lives, regardless of their financial circumstances. Founded on this principal, Coastal Funeral Home and Cremations began providing services in 2005. As one of only two onsite crematories operating in Jackson County, Mississippi, your loved one will never leave our funeral home or our personal care. In today's environment, many funeral homes are corporately owned, or have multiple shareholders to whom they are accountable. Coastal Funeral Home and Cremations is a small, one owner funeral home and we have only ONE responsibility, and that is to you! We recognize that in funeral service, more expense does not equal better service. We believe that it is better to serve the needs of our families, rather than the demands of a corporation or shareholders. We are members of The National Funeral Directors Association, The Mississippi Funeral Directors Association, The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, and we are licensed by The Mississippi State Board Of Funeral Service. We are a professional establishment, providing personalized services that are meaningful and appropriate.

Pensacola Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home

Staff - Since Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is the only family owned combination facility in Pensacola, some people may think we only conduct services at our funeral home or in our cemetery. Our funeral directors have a vast amount of knowledge and experience conducting services and burials at other area churches and cemeteries. At PMG our staff serves all faiths and considers your personal wishes a guideline for the service. We can assist veterans and those eligible dependents with services at Barrancas National Cemetery or Arlington National Cemetery. Louise Sutton Miller became the President of Pensacola Memorial Gardens in 1987 after her father's death and her mother's retirement, and is in that position today. She oversaw the construction of the Funeral Home in 1995, allowing PMG to serve families in all aspects of their death care needs. A Chapel Mausoleum, constructed in 1998, provides more than 600 crypt and niche spaces with both interior and exterior spaces available. New gardens were opened in 1998 and 2000, and we still have room to grow on 36 remaining acres. The company is committed to the ideal of serving families. Our purpose is to continue to maintain a beautiful memorial park and to provide the public with professional service in a caring way. Comments from families concerning service: "This was a time when I knew absolutely nothing of what to do.You were there to help us thru it. Thanks will never be enough."
