Lads 2 Leaders

Lads to Leaders is a leadership training program founded in 1968, dedicated to developing youth into Christian leaders through a variety of Bible-based class materials and events tailored for all ages, from preschoolers to adults. With a mission to prepare individuals for service in the Kingdom of God, L2L has grown from its inception with eight participants to serving over 20,000 today, making it the oldest and largest program of its kind associated with the churches of Christ.

More than just youth rallies or Bible Bowls, L2L provides year-round leadership training tools designed to strengthen congregational faith and instill the principles of scripture within youth and adults alike. Participants gain invaluable skills such as public speaking and biblical knowledge, fostering an environment of spiritual project collaboration between children and their parents.
