As we walked in we noticed the drive through was empty and the dining area had one couple.We thought maybe we hit it just right for fast service....nope,stood at counter almost 5 minutes before...

This place is the worst, old food given to me and not one other person in this place, showed the manager and said sorry. Y'all. If you like Krystal's go to Greenville exit if your own your way...

Over an hour to get my order done while waiting in the store. Ordered 12 cheese burgers and 2 Krystal Chiks. No excuse except incompetence. They had everything messed up. Won't try Krystal again.

I placed order online got to store to pickup and it still wasn't ready! Took over 45 minutes just to get a sackful of Krystal burgers!!! Not acceptable!
