The owner, Kevin Parks, is very polite and professional. I had a watch repair that I needed handled and he completed the repair while I waited. The whole process took about 15 minutes.

Awful business.waited 3 months for my jewelry to be repaired, finally had to pick it up and take it elsewhere. Kevin has a nasty attitude when dealing with the customers.please do yourself a favor...
