Poor customer service. Went to purchase six packages of socks for my husband that normally costs $21 per 6/pack. Available online at jcpenny.com for $15.75. Said they would not honor the price....

This jcpenney has no sephora and is old. If you are a makeup junkie like my Fiancé you'd expect a sephora or cosmetic counters.
