We're able to process Bama Cash from UA students, and we strive to provide market-goers with a great shopping experience, but also a destination and fun afternoon to look forward to every week, with live music, kid's crafts, and monthly chef demos.
History
Homegrown Alabama is the only student run farmers market in the state of Alabama, and it's been in operation since 2006. Ever since, we've been providing a space for vendors from throughout the state to sell their produce and other items.
