My cut was great. The other employees were INCREDIBLY rude to my stylist who is a new employee. Watch the movie "Mean Girls" to understand it. It was PALPABLE as I waited.

Not to bad but not really what I was asking for, I asked for a small trim and at first it looked good but then they kept cutting it and it didn't look that good anymore. Never go to great clips
