Great clips is reliable, but 80-90 min check in on line is interesting side effect of residual pandemic in 2021 . I assume that is due to limited workers.

My initial wait time was 92, however when my wait time decreased to 22 minutes it increased to 39 minutes due to a stylist departing early. Eventually I was the first in line with two stylists...

I went in there just to get the sides and back of my hair cut and they cut off 80% of it I had curly hair and now it's straighter than a board they butchered my hair unacceptable.
