History
R. Daniel Walker, came to yoga in September of 2013 after speaking to a yoga teacher and friend about the degenerative disk in his back. After taking his first class, Daniel knew he was going to be doing yoga for the rest of his life. Six months later he went to and completed the 200 hr. Sacred Glow Yoga Teacher Training with Melissa Scott in Birmingham, AL, and opened Faith, Love, and Yoga in August of 2014. After much thought and prayer he decided to take his first career in a different direction and that lead him to the Wallace State Community College Therapeutic Massage Program which he completed in May of 2016, and was officially licensed by the State of Alabama in June of 2016. He has been renting a room part-time at the Birmingham Yoga Studio since August of 2016 and so FLY Yoga and Massage was born. He is currently in the process of getting certified in Advanced Myofacial Technique with Til Lucha of advanced-trainings.com

Daniel is a patient yoga teacher and he helped my son recover after a foot injury. I highly recommend him for both.
