App never works so when I have a coupon they "can't honor it" I've worked and managed 3 firehouse subs in Florida cocoa, Titusville, and Merritt Island and this truly is not a good firehouse....

Their meatball sub is delicious. Also get either an Italian or corned beef sub and add Italian dressing, thank me later. Their Philly isnt as good as Jersey Mikes but they cant all be bangers.

Love Firehouse subs! The meatball is super delicious when they toast the bread. Removed 1 star because it's always 50/50 if my sandwich will be toasted when I order ahead on their app or doordash.

As I general rule I enjoy firehouse subs, both the service and food. Every now and then you meet the exception. I will not be back to the Oxford/Anniston location because the people there are not...
