Hospice of Limestone County was founded in 1988 to fulfill a community need for end-of-life care and family support. As the only not-for-profit hospice in Limestone County, our focus is the personal care of patients and the support of their families. This mission is made possible through the continued support of the people we have served over the course of 30 years. Our past supporters and volunteers have been invaluable to our mission, and now the grandchildren of those individuals serve important roles in making Hospice of Limestone County your hometown hospice.
