These other ratings are unfair, at least in my experience. I've been there multiple times and have had nothing but prompt, efficient service.

Guy with a beard had terrible customer service skills. We sat waiting for a half dozen doughnuts, watching people that came in after us getting theirs and leaving. If this is how this company is...
