Ive been flyin United for a long time. I am usually satisfied with this airline. Today I was bummed out that they didnt have flight wings onboard. I have been collecting them since I was a kid.

Everything. Rude staff no accountability. Flight rerouted in mid air due to mechanical issue. Switched planes in Denver with no time for food. Next segment to final destination Vegas didn't offer...

Laziest group of people ever at an airport. Waited in line for an already paid checked bag then when I got to the front they said I missed the cut off time by 2 minutes. What BS.

Service IAH Houston to HSV Huntsville. Flown Express Fargo to Chicago too. They fly EMB 145s and a few other aircraft I believe. A regional like Mesa, Go Jet, Republic, Trans States etc....
