The office is entirely too crowded. He takes on too many patients. The check-in process is unnecessary it's less work for the employees and all on the patients.

No one pick up phone. Keep trying the last 2 hours. This is suck. I don't know how they do that. A lot of people in that place and the phone can't be picked up.
