The customer service is terrible. My daughter purchased several furniture items and it took months to get them! Managers don't care!

Horrible customer service. I was trying to do online finance got approved pending paystubs. Sent them in no response. Called them 2 times was told "Give me 10 minutes ill call you back" . Nothing...

Horrible customer service, my mom and I walked through the whole store and all associates were not busy no clients in the store but me and my mom, did not get greeted or offered any help.
