I became certified in Imago Relationship Therapy years ago to best serve couples who may be in crisis or couples who want to improve the connection & communication they already have. As a part of my experience, I have done a lot of work with anger management, depression, anxiety/panic, communication skills, trauma/abuse histories and dissociative disorders. Imago shows couples how to reconnect by using a new way of talking together, called the Imago dialogue. It's a way of listening and speaking which helps you learn more about each other.
