History
Randall D. Quarles formed Quarles Law Firm, LLC, in January 2009, after practicing with mid- to -large-sized law firms in Birmingham, Alabama, for almost twenty years. Shortly thereafter, Frances P. Quarles, left her position as an in-house counsel for a large health care company to enter into private practice. They have expanded their practice in five years from primarily financial institution defense litigation to include other civil litigation issues, such as commercial loan collection. Using their business backgrounds, they provide business formation services for both start-ups and established companies desiring to merge or acquire other businesses. In addition, Ms. Quarles practices in the family law area, including divorces, child support modifications and contempt actions.
