Where do I start? Hotel is completely nasty. No working ice machine. No working Drink machines. The first room #221 did not have a remote control for the TV. None of the lights were plugged in...

Weird purple(??) stains on the wall of the room. When we arrived we asked for a first floor room but got a 3rd floor as far away from the elevator ( that only goes to the 2nd floor) as possible....
