Walked in (to a completely empty salon), was told (by the only person there as far as I could tell) that I could be helped, and then was left standing at reception, completely alone, for 15 mins....

Worst color experience I've ever had. I had Christy (owner) as a stylist and when I told her I was not happy, she became very offensive and I felt "verbally attacked". I would NEVER recommend this...
