Kind of surprised by the stars at this location. I've had good service and food every time I've eaten here. They have all the popular menu items. There are a few things that you can't get here....

The service here is consistently bad. The cashiers rather hold a conversation with co-workers instead of getting your order out. I will be sure to eat @ home 1st before I get to the Bham airport...

This was the worst experience at a chick fil an ever. The guy who took my order didn't listen to what i said and i had to pay more because he messed it up.

Wow!! Terrible stupid service!!! 9:15 AM and people are wanting breakfast and these employees are telling us that the fillets are still cooking. I know that was a lie because no one was served...
