I called on Jan 14, 2016 and was promised a promotional discounted price. I never got the discount and called on Feb 23 and was told I could only get it for 1 month and not for the 12 months...

If I could give a negative stars I would. The worse company in the world. I was on hold for 1:48 mins The techs are incompetent and rude. If I had anything else to use I would but media com is not...

Upload speed is so slow, cuts out my Roku stick, mediacom was faster, but they suck also, not much alternative In Orange Beach.

Stay away from Century Link. We have had service since July 2016 and are under contract until July 2018. Counting days to get away from this company. Called number got "Alex" who barely speaks...

They seem to be the only choice in Magnolia Springs for internet and home phone. Their customer service is terrible, which is better than I can say for the service. If you can avoid this...
