History

Mr. Carl West opened up Carl's Country giving the locals from International Paper a place to come before and after work. Mr. Carl passed and his beautiful wife Brownie West took over. When Ms. Brownie became ill the three daughters took over. As Ms. Brownie's health declined, the sisters passed the torch to Harvey and Rena Russell in 2012.
