Food was hot and served quickly. The cook actually stopped by our table to ask if everything was ok! Rare! Never happened in a fast food restaurant!

At our Gadsden, AL location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

This has to be the slowest place in East gadsden, 5 cars in line and I have been in line at the speaker for 15 minutes before someone answered, then I set 3 from the window for another 20 minutes...

More like a 0 star. Noone answered the drive thru and when I drove to the window there was a woman behind the counter on her phone picking her nose. Wtf

Lazy workers, horrible service, took over an hour to get my food. They weren't even busy but I guess there's a reason for that. Food was not even warm... By far the worst experience in "fast" food...

Hour in the drive through still sitting. Actually impressed at this point that any store would let customers just sit in the drive through this long at peak time. Chick Filet next door is banging...
