Based in Fultondale, Ala., the clinic renders a host of treatment services pertaining to family medicine, neurological surgery, spine surgery, wound care and pulmonary/sleep medicine. It also provides magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), general X-ray, mammogram, ultra sound and nuclear imaging services to visitors.
