One star is too much for this store! On 10/26/21 I met my 5 year old granddaughter and family at Parkway Place Mall with plans to eat at the food court and go to Build a Bear to build a bear....

An excellent experience! The employees are extremely polite and helpful. Some of the add-ons get pricey. We ended up paying $50 for a personalized unicorn, but the experience was worth it!
