The cheapest hotel I could find downtown. Its run down, but clean enough and the parking set up seems more secure than most. If I go back to Mobile, Ill stay again.

This place is an absolute dump. They have a sign in the office stating no refunds because once you see the room there is no way you would stay in it. The rooms are nasty, there is peeling paint...

The people were nice enough, but it seemed way overpriced for what you got. Looks nice from the outside, and it definitely has a budget feel, but you'd be better off getting something better...
