Brewer Painting

History

Brewer Painting has over three generations of personalized painting experience. It started when my grandfather, Henry Butler(1894-1970), started painting when he was a child. He passed his knowledge of painting down to my father, Donald Brewer(1938- ), who began his painting career coating desks for the military when he was ten years old. Now a retired fire captain of Mobile, he always kept painting. He taught me old ways of painting and I have taught him new techniques and procedures. I, Donald Brewer Jr., began painting when I was five years old as I accidentally poured black oil based paint on the cat. My father cleaned the cat and started taking me to different job sites. As I was growing up I learned a lot from all the different trades but learned the most about wood-working and painting. Today I have been painting homes and business's for more than 38 years and have painted more than 4000 custom homes of all shapes and sizes. Thank You Very Much, Donald R. Brewer Jr.
