History
Bham Barre started when our owner took a leap of faith and moved from Florida to Birmingham in the beginning of 2019. Seeing a need in the community for a studio that thrives on form, music, and friendship, Bham Barre was born! Our owner has been a teacher of her practice for years and is excited to bring this format to a new city!

Rebel strength is my favorite class because Sydney makes it so much fun with her music choices and fun moves, but every class is a fun time and a great workout! Check it out, you won't regret it! :)
