They finally fixed the pricing, but I really don't care to keep this service. Once the HOA gives the go ahead to change services, I'm gone.

Beyond communications has poor service, unethical billing practices and uses bait and switch tactics. If you can avoid their services by all means do so.

This company is the worst!!!!!! Supervisors are never available to speak. they offered the worst customer service. why they are still in business..they are HORRIBLE.

I have to agree, the worst cable company ever encountered. They charged me a $85 no show fee when I was not able to show up for the installation appointment, which they never mentioned before...

Gosh what a nightmare! Their billing is confusing and calling their customer support will make you suicidal. Was on for 30 minutes and solved nothing. Wrote to them on thier online web site help...
