We serve only fresh meat on the Big Green Egg. We have grand champion smoked ribs, along chicken and pulled pork. Three sides, smoked creamy mac & cheese, baked beans with our ham and coleslaw. Along with our signature barbecue sauce! We add new items all the time. Our menu changes daily. Everything is homemade!
