Founded in 1970, Beard Equipment Company is a John Deere dealer that serves southwestern Alabama, southern Mississippi and northwestern Florida. Its locations in Mobile, Ala.; Pensacola, Panama City and Freeport, Fla.; and Biloxi, Miss., offer a variety of John Deere construction, forestry, lawn and garden and golf and turf equipment. The company also carries other product lines, such as Kolberg-Pioneer, Timberjack, Hitachi, Bomag, Bobcat, Club Car and Trail King. Beard Equipment Company also offers used equipment, including a rental fleet. The company has been named a Gold Level Achiever in John Deere's Mark of Excellence program multiple times and received the Excellence Roundtable honor.
