These folks are great, from the nice lady I spoke to on the phone to the knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, and clean service technicians. I recommend Batts' for all your chimney needs.

Would not recommend. Paid a $500 deposit. They came one time and ripped out my fireplace and then never returned. Wouldn't return calls. Completely ghosted and out of my money. Do not use.
