Avadian has branches in smaller communities, but they [Birmingham] certainly do not support the everyday person in smaller communities. Their employee handbook changes each week. No stars at all.

Avadian Credit Union, among other things, is UNRESPONSIVE. They cannot perform the bare minimum of verification tasks. They will charge you large fees. You will wait months for them to refund...

I couldn't afford my car payments anymore so I returned the vehicle 4 YEARS AGO. Every 2-3 months they report it as a NEW charge off intentionally trying to damage my credit.
