No help with fraud on my debt card. Employee was rude and unkind in my situation. Closed account after 30 years.

I couldn't afford my car payments anymore so I returned the vehicle 4 YEARS AGO. Every 2-3 months they report it as a NEW charge off intentionally trying to damage my credit.
