Avadian has a flaw with their system, but the Branch Manager, Carlisa Cole, patiently listened to what was causing me problems and did all she could to resolve the issue and is continuing to help...

I couldn't afford my car payments anymore so I returned the vehicle 4 YEARS AGO. Every 2-3 months they report it as a NEW charge off intentionally trying to damage my credit.

Worst Customer Service Ever! This branch repeatedly has the most TERRIBLE service. I've banked at multiple credit unions and banks across the country and this one is THE WORST. I highly recommend...
