Ask for Sheldon. He was extremely helpful getting me transferred from Verizon to AT&T, as well as getting me set up on a new phone. Flawless process.

They have terrible customer service, they are very slow to fix problems, and they want to charge a $99 service fee to fix our cable that they just installed.
