No one knows how to pick up the phone. Do they give their employees phones????? Can't get help if no one answers. Can they not put take your message and call you back, the technology is there.

The sales people lack knowledge, will lie and say you can return a product if dissatisfied and then they will even lie about who the manager is. Go to another location or better yet call customer...
