I had the worst experience ever at this store in the last week. Have gone here for almost 10 years with never a problem and had an employee simply not do her job. She did not complete the update...

Assholes get you to sign a two year contract and charge 180.00 a month but after a year they tell me my bill will now be over 300.00 a month. So now I'm stuck with Brighthouse ( Shithouse ) TV....
