Excellent sandwiches at Arby's Tuscaloosa especially the turkey and ham sandwiches and the workers are very nice there

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we're happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

The lady at the drive through was very rude. I asked for a few extra packs of Arby's sauce and was only given three total for two meals. When I got home I realized she didn't even put my sandwich...

The food wasn't much of a problem, It was the service. The manager Diane had a stuck up attitude and refused what i requested. SEEK NEW MANAGEMENT!!!

Worst service of my life. They deleted my order from the screen and I had to tell them my order ATLEAST 10 times AND THEY HAD MY RECEIPT. They acknowledged me every time just to forget about me 2...
