I didn't visit the welcome center building or use the facilities. But we did walk around the memorial and learn about the rocket. It was an interesting and informative way to stretch your legs....

A nice rest area stop and stretch your legs and check out a cool rocket ship. The rest area is well-lit and clean. There are a few gazebos to enjoy lunch.

The "rocket stop" rest stop. The rocket makes sure you cannot miss this rest stop. Friendly, sometimes overly pushy, staff are inside the rest stop. They will definitely ask you to sign their book...
