Alabama One is a great Credit Union. I have always had exceptional customer service at all of the branches. Everyone is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I'd advise against opening a checking account with AlabamaOne unless you are financially able to do without the money for some of the checks you deposit until after they decide to release the hold...
