We have used their services several times in the past. We had to cancel our tour in June 2025 last minute for a family emergency and they charged full price and wouldn't give us a refund.

It was a great trip even in the rain. He didn't cut it short even though he could have due to the weather. The guide was fun and friendly. The cost was reasonable.
