Scheduling was easy enough online and the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. A tech swabbed me for strep as she stood behind me and to my side, reaching around and blindly swabbing....

They were not helpful. They use a non contact Check in and my phone wouldn't work with it. They were supposed to bring a tablet for me to use and show me how to use it. I'm 72 and I am not tech...

Waited for drug screen so far so an hour and a half with my name listed as next the entire time. No verbal communication, just the list showing incorrect order for next patient served.
