Today, over 40 years later, John M. Howard, GBI continues to operate the company as its president, primarily in charge of land development, finances and construction. In 2003, W. Lindsay Walker joined the John Howard team as Chief Operating Officer. Walker, a Georgia Tech graduate has over 30 years of experience in the home building, development industry. Our company is actively engaged in ongoing professional research in both new land purchases and in plan development for the benefit and pleasure of the home owner. We continue to seek new products which will enhance the design, decor and structure of our homes.
