I had to wait 2 and one-half hours on the side of the road with police protection until they arrived. I was in a dangerous situation. They have no care for the safety of those who buy this insurance.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place made me wait 7 hours on a very trafficked road just to assist me. I cried a little got threatened by a cop a little and then they showed up...
